IKSHANA EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to request exchange you have to inform about the exchange to us within 48 hours (i.e. 2 days) of receiving the product. The product can be dispatched after informing us and should reach us within 14 days to avail the exchange process.
You can inform us by sending an email to email@example.com with the subject EXCHANGE.
Please mention the following details in the email:
- order number,
- product title,
- date of purchase,
- contact number, and
- reason for exchange
Please do attach receipt or proof of purchase. Also mention the product you would like to be replaced in case of exchange.
If you do not receive a reply from us within 2 working days please send an exchange request through our WhatsApp Number +91 7738023543.
T&C*: Exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
1. Item was defective
2. Item was damaged during the Shipping
3. Product was missing
4. Wrong item was sent by the Seller
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
• Gift cards are exempt from being returned/exchanged
• All the products must be in unused condition with original packaging intact
• The replacement product will be shipped to you once we have received the products and quality check is done
No exchange will be applicable in the following cases:
- Exchange requested after 2 days of product delivery.
- Products returned after 14 days post order date.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Ikshana is not responsible for damage of goods during transit when the customer ships it back themselves
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We suggest you use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
